No, you do not need a referral from a primary care physician or surgeon to be seen at ABLE Chiropractic. You can contact our Apple Valley clinic directly to schedule your $49 Discovery Visit.

We believe in complete transparency, which is why we start everyone with a $49 Discovery Visit. After Dr. Smith identifies your exact malfunction, our team will walk you through all care plan options and costs before you commit to anything.

If you have had any recent imaging, such as X-rays or MRI reports, related to your joint or nerve pain, please bring them with you. We also recommend writing down a timeline of your injury and a list of previous treatments (like physical therapy or injections) that have failed.
